9 months out...
My 9 month surgeriversary was on July 6th and thought I would post. I am now 95 lbs lighter and able to do things like go on amusement park rides and walk way further than I ever could before. I want to lose another 30 lbs or so and weight loss has certainly slowed, although it has not stopped. Harder now to stay away from those carb rich foods that I love and I struggle every day. But loving my sleeve and don't want to go back to where I was, so this is my motivation. I didn't go through all of this just to gain it all back! Have no regrets with my sleeve except one. Wish I had done it sooner!
Great job, you are getting so close to your ultimate target! Stay Strong!!!!
