I'm sorry, but that did make for a good Monday morning chuckle. Good luck cutting back on the carbs. I know it can be tough the first few days.

I got 1/2 hot dog bun Saturday.....it was my first in 9 months!! Who knew a little 1/2 hot dog bun could be so good. I know its just a vessel for the dog, but still....

Those blasted carbs are killers! I prefer the goodies that can go in the dog myself so I cut mine down the middle and load it with mustard, cheese, kraut or slaw and any other yummies like olives or veggies whatever looks good as long as it's not carby! You can stack those hummers to the rafters with goodies just no carbs!!

I like all that stuff too.....minus the olives!

My scales lied, it said I weight 120 pounds.....new scale is coming Wednesday.  Carbs are the most evil SOB's on the planet, especially if they are salty!!!!

Ha! I want your scale.

Well I told my scale who was boss today!  down 2 lbs wohoo.  I knew some at that was water weight :)
