Welcome home, can't wait to hear all about it! Sounds like you stuck to your realistic goal, so that's awesome.
Today was a weird day for eating for me, but it wasn't bad. I didn't eat as much as I usually do, partly because of no appetite (thanks ketosis), and I think partly because of some nausea (thanks constipation). Then, I just ate a couple slices of lacey swiss cheese and a yogurt, and I'm too stuffed before bed. Honestly, I was not too hungry, but I was worried about not getting to eat my breakfast on time tomorrow at work and feeling sick. When I'm in weight loss mode, I go from not hungry, to starving/sick incredibly quick. So, that's why I ate the cheese and yogurt. I figured some protein at least. I really didn't want any chicken or steak. I'll save the steak tips for my lunch tomorrow!
B: iced coffee with 2% Fairlife milk
L: 4-5oz sirloin steak tips
S: two slices lacey swiss cheese
D: 3 slices lacey swiss cheese with mustard, Dannon light n fit peach Greek yogurt
