I feel like I can eat any and everything !!! Vsg done on 6/23/15
That doesn't sound like too much, but that doesn't sound like pureed food to me. Are you pureeing the meats (chicken and shell fish?) prior to eating?
If you need ideas for pureed food, go here: http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2007/08/pureed-foods.html
When I was on pureed food I was told to eat 2 oz or no more than 1/4 cup if I went by volume (which early out is a very good idea, btw!). I had three separate 1/4 cup meals per day. I supplemented my protein with 2 to 3 protein shakes per day. It wasn't until I was 4 to 6 weeks out that I was able to eat enough solid food to reduce to 1 or 2 protein shakes per day.
It sounds like you've advanced yourself to soft foods, which are different than pureed foods. It's easy enough to blend any of the stuff you've been eating in a blender or food processor.

Advancing your diet too fast can be a bad thing, yes. It can cause damage and complications. Like I said, there's a reason the diet progression exists and it's best to stick to it while you're still healing.
