Shaving NSV

So I'm in Norway for my BIL's wedding and needed to shave my legs this morning. Norway is a land of teeny shower stalls but I'm small and flexible enough now that I was able to shave bending over in the enclosed stall with zero problems. 

It's the little things like this that make life so much easier that make this lifestyle completely worthwhile!

(Last time I was here I always feared getting stuck in the shower since it was so small and I was so big!  I also love not having to do the SMO side shuffle down the aisle on buses. My hips are narrow enough that I can walk straight!)

Those are great NSVs.  I look forward to eliminating the side shuffle from my life.  Last time I went down an airplane aisle, it didn't matter if I turned sideways.  I was basically round.

You are so right!  Little things that normal weight people take for granted are actually a big deal for those of us who have always struggled to live in a normal sized world.  I hope you are having a fabulous time! Happy 4th!

However, I thought Norwegions tended to be broad & tall? Maybe I am confusing them w/the Swedes. Altho I hear that Europe & other countries do not have 'super-size' anything like the good ole' USA!

The Norwegians I know are pretty thin compared to the Americans I know.  

Sadly, euro countries are adopting the standard american diet more and more every day.  So there are super size everything.  

Omg! Thats so fantastic.  I dont shave my legs right now often because i hate seeing my stomach in the way. Thanks for the comment.  Im new to the site...hopefully surgery in September

Awww, great job Gwen! It's always funny how when you look at something that used to be too small it brings back those feelings.  Sometimes when a car parks too close to me I think "How the hell am I going to get in there!?", and sure enough there's more than enough room! 

What an awesome NSV!  One of my goals is to be able to fly to Norway to see a very good friend of mine, so your post just gave me hope!

Last time I went to Norway I weighed more than you do now.  I had a super awesome time :)
