NSV
I went to my regular doc yesterday and when the nurse went to take my blood pressure, she reached right for the regular cuff without hesitation. No more extra large blood pressure cuff for me! It is such a little thing but it seemed like such a big deal. I always hated when they had to switch out for the bigger one.
Congrats!
It truly amazes me as I lose weight on my pre-op journey...surgery in September...how deeply this weight affected every major life area! Obesity is every bit as sneaky as alcoholism, drug addiction & gambling. You never realize just how much things have changed for the worst until you start reversing the process!

That's a great NSV! Congrats!
That was a big one for me, too. I had one of those moments as well when I went for xrays and could wear the little paper dress - I could never get my arms in it let alone get the paper to meet in front.
These kinds of victories made such an impact on my journey, often more so than smaller clothing sizes.
Congrats!
