Onederland and Passed Half Way !!
I am so excited !!! I've made it to Onederland and I now need to lose less than I've already lost !! I am so glad I pulled out all of the stops for my five month pre-op diet. I encourage people to embrace that time to get off sugar and simple carbs, and to practice the healthy habits (protein first, no liquids before, during, after meals, chew well... slow down, 64 oz. + water etc.). Not only did that give me a solid head start, but many healthy behaviors became habits.

100% agree with the pre-op advice. I'm in the same position - less to lose post than I did pre. It's important to learn the good habits as it makes post op life so much better!
