VSG on 09/29/14

SO as of this morning I have reached my goal of 225lbs.coming from 355! Just 2 days shy of my 9th month anniversary. From the looks of it, I will lose a few more by my 1 year anniversary, hopefully I'll be in Onederland. Thank you all for the support.

Question: Is 225 your goal or your surgeon's goal? Since you say you hope to be in onederland by your 1 year surgiversary, I was curious if you continued to work on achieving still another personal goal.

Either way - what you've done is awesome and you ought to be damn proud of yourself!

Thanks Kairk, it's my personal goal.my doctor wants me to be at 190, which honestly I don't want to be that thin. I like the thick look,lol.
