Am I on track?
I am 11 days out sleeved 6/16 just wondering if I am on track I have been getting in 60-70 gr protein and my liquids I am still on the liquid protein diet. Calories add up to about 500-600 a day My diet i consists of Dannon fit and light greek yogurts sometimes mixed with protein powder sometimes with sf pudding and then I use protidiet creamy chicken soup and a protein shake
It sounds just right to me. Its good that you can get your protein and water in so well.
