ok back to plan tomorrow. have been given a 30 day challenge can't remember what the carb limit was. please help

My plan calls for 70g of protein and 30g of carbs per day. Good luck!

Plans really vary on this. Many on the board shoot to stay under 40. I (hypoglycemic) go 100 net carbs or so at the moment.
