Whatcha eating today VSGers...Tuesday!!
Good morning everyone. The next few weeks are going to be incredibly crazy and stressful at work. This has typically been when my eating habits have gone out the window. This is going to be a real test of my new found habits. I might not be as visible on the boards but that is only because I am working a crazy amount of hours. I will be thinking of you guys though.
B: Egg Beaters, American cheese and 1/2 double protein english muffin
B2: protein Shake
L: Teriyaki chicken and steamed broccoli
D: probably a Morningstar chipotle black bean burger. I want this box out of my freezer :)

E: Probably not. Crazy work day.

Dinner - buffalo chicken
3AM Comfort food - humus and wheat thins (I've been doing this many days. I figured I might as well add it in!)

Hey, at least you're being honest and accountable. I keep finding myself with a late night snack as well. It's driving me a bit crazy but I think it is because I'm simply awake more hours of the day right now working so much. I think my body really is hungry but maybe I'm rationalizing. That is always a possibility too.
B- Dannon lit & fit Greek yogurt, and a Protein Bar ( 2 hours apart)
L- 1 slice Swiss chees rolled with 2 slices tavern ham (2)
S- Dannon light and fit Vanilla Greek yogurt
D- 2 ounce crab cake, and sautéed zucchini in olive oil and garlic
Water on track, Vitamin on track
Exercise perhaps a short walk with the dog, depending on the weather really dark clouds
