Good morning everyone. It's been a crazy couple of weeks and I'm looking forward to getting back into my normal routines.

B2: 1/4 cup egg beaters, 1 slice american cheese and 1/2 Thomas Double protein english muffin
L: 3 oz stuffed chicken breast and 2 oz strawberries (the strawberries will likely move to a snack later since I doubt I can eat all of this)
D: Morningstar Chipotle Black Bean Burger

My weight has creeped up a pound or two so I need to get on this a bit. I have been traveling a lot lately and business dinners include wine and appetizers... I need to keep that in check.

Pre op here I get my date tomorrow I'm so happy!!! Im on the dreaded pre op.diet lol have been since the 16th some.days ha e been more.faithful than others but for the most part I have done well I have lost 14lbs so far...

I'm having belly pain when I eat, so I haven't been eating much. Today I'm finally getting an ultrasound done to see if it is my gallbladder. All my labs were normal, however, so I'm afraid they won't be able to figure out what is wrong with me. I'm kind of just hoping it is my gallbladder and they'll take it out and I feel much better. We'll see. On a positive note, since I haven't been eating much, I'm just .6 lbs from my final goal of 140!
No breakfast or lunch today because of the ultrasound. :(

No water yet because of the ultrasound. I'm SOOOO thirsty!
My ultrasound showed gallstones but no inflammation. I faxed the results to my WLS office and the nurse is going to show them to the doc. The next step she said will probably be what I assume is an upper GI scope... she used an acronym I'm not familiar with. It hurts in my back sometimes, but other times, like right now, it feels like my stomach is contracting...kind of like labor. It is really strange. How is your bowel obstruction coming? Any progress getting it fixed?

E: The pool was 88 degrees yesterday Keeping it covered helped to kick up the temperature so back to swimming laps and working resistance with my water barbells is on for the summer
