Hi guys,
One more day before vacation and I feel like I am slipping a little. Losing power for 24 hours was no help......
B: Breakstone Cottage Cheese Double. string cheese.
L; Shirmp Jambalaya (1 cup I know too much rice but it me its a soup)
S; Dannon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt
D: Out at Asian Fusion place, I really don't have any clue.
V: Missed my calcium, I wont get that back

I'm still at my son's house and will be till Sunday, so my food hasn't been "regulation" either. My plan is to maintain this week and get back on track next week.
B: Smoked salmon, 1/2 English muffin
L: Pastrami, cantaloupe

S: Smoked salmon
W: On track
V: Left them at home. Hope I don't get scurvy before I get back.
E: Swimming with grandson, shopping, generally active. No structured exercise program yet.

On track! Already entered the rest of my food into MFP so I don't stray. Will be at 890calories, 27 carbs, and 91 grams of protein!
B: large iced coffee with cream, 4oz buffalo chicken salad over spring mix
L: 4oz buffalo chicken salad over spring mix, 1tbs feta, leftover green beans
S: 2 slices cheese
D: 4oz pot roast with a couple baby carrots, celery, gravy
S: protein frappe with 1/2 banana cream Dannon greek yogurt, 1tbs PB2 chocolate, and 0.5 scoop chocolate protein powder
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch1 - cheeseburger quiche
snack - humus and crackers
dinner - buffalo chicken
vitamins - on track
water - ok
exercise - weight training and recumbent bike

Here's the recipe as I make it. I took a recipe and modified it, substituting the plain greek yogurt for the cream/mayo in the recipe to make a lower calorie version. I also find I need to bake it longer than 45 minutes to firm up the middle. I did put in a half cup of half and half for texture, but don't really know if its necessary. I haven't made it any other way.

Crustless Cheeseburger Quiche
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 -2 teaspoons onion powder
-
1/2 cup half and half
-
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
-
4 eggs, beaten
-
Garlic powder, to taste
-
pepper
-
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:

Brown ground beef and onion powder in a large skillet over medium heat, drain off fat.

Mix together eggs, half and half, yogurt, garlic powder, pepper, salt to taste, and shredded cheddar cheese.

Put browned beef into a 9 inch pie plate, pour remaining ingredients over the beef.

Place in a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 40-45 minutes.
