Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger.... Two Years Running W/Pics
It has been two years.... Two years since I've started this journey and everyday I am still amazed at how far I've come. I have reached a new normal and my daily eating and workout habits have become a steady and stable part of my life. I no longer look at the past me because it no longer exists due to me changing my mental aspect of how I viewed myself. I met my first goals now on to keeping this lifestyle as long as I can and be an inspiration to those who may need it.
About me:
I started out at 275. I was 250 at the time of surgery. My lowest weight that I got down to was 159. I'm currently at/maintaining 165 -170. I lost 80% body fat and gained 20lbs of muscle. I am 33 years old and 5'9. I eat at least 5 times a day and try to take in around 120g of protein. I work out everyday whi*****ludes daily cardio.
Wow, you look awesome! You must feel great. Such an inspiration.
