Frisco- The Sandwich-Continued-Take Out
Eating this right now.... Moms had a doctors appointment and on the way back we picked up a sandwich to split. I just yanked the bread off of my half and served my moms with bread.
I'm posting this for some of the newer peeps to see how easy and satisfying post-op life can be.....!!!

I had to do something similar to this at an all-day event a few weeks back. They ordered subway, and I had a plain chicken sub with guacamole, tossed the bread. I was satisfied and didn't feel excluded from the meal, and I wasn't the only one ditching the bread and just eating sandwich guts!
For those who have a "jimmy Johns" chain near them, you can order the sandwich in a lettuce wrap so it comes all wrapped up, breadless. Jimmy Johns also delivers.
For those in the DC Metro area, you can go to Elevation Burger and get the burger in a lettuce wrap without bread. And those burgers are small (as in appropriately sized).
