3 month anniversary (sleeved 3/24)
Let me start out by saying I 💚💜💙💛 my sleeve. This journey is not an easy one but so far I feel it is well worth it. My pre-surgery weight was 211.5 and this morning I weighed 167.6. Overall, I feel AMAZING. I am going in the morning to meet with a new nutritionist to have a metabolic test done. I am so committed to my new life style I will do whatever it take to get healthy. Next on my list is a personal trainer. Oh,happy day fellow sleevers, oh happy day!!!
Yay! Our starting and current weight are really close! I am a month ahead of you though. Congrats on your amazing progress!!! keep up the good work!

Have stopped losing pounds but am losing inches!
Well....... Most days I get at least 10,000 as I am an ER nurse so I stay moving. It's not sustained exercise but it's steps. When I am not working I either walk or go to the Y. I like to do Body Pump but it fatigues my muscles pretty bad. If you don't have a fit bit buy one. I love mine. I have the Charge HR. Holds you accountable and gives you credit for what you do. It will talk to My Fitness Pal and adjust your intake accordingly. I've got to step up my game which is why I am going to hire a personal trainer. I've got to make the most of my tool. 😜

A poster here has a sentence in his/her signature that goes something like this: "Health and well-being feels better than anything you could eat." Not exact, but I'm sure you get the gist.
So glad for you and the great progress you're making.
