Back on track after a weekend with my daughter, BFF and Goddaughter celebrating. Celebrating included not counting calories, not nearly enough water, and half a Jurassic Mini-Blizzard that made me very, very sick. Ugh. Positive was that the scale didn't move up. Too many negatives (guilt, constipation, nausea, etc...) to really talk any more about!

B1: 1 decaf and 1 regular Keurig pod with Vanilla Premiere Protein

B2: 1/2 C cottage cheese with fresh pineapple (pineapple was bitter, which made me sad...)

L: Southwest chicken breast (3 oz) with 1/8C Mexican shredded cheese and 1T of sour cream

D: Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla with blackberries

S: Quest bar

W: Behind - ARGH!

V: Tonight

E: Teaching class, so up and moving for 3 hours

My oldest child is visiting today. That definitely helped chase away yesterday's grumpy mood. I woke up at 4 am this morning and couldn't go back to sleep. I ended up just getting up and starting my day

B: Protein Shake

B2: Green Chile Cheese Puff

L: 1/2 Breakfast enchilada

D: TBD

W&V: eeek. just realized I didn't start vitamins today.

E: I had a very easy walk this morning. First time I have done any activity in over a week. It felt pretty good.

I wasn't successful at my sugar-free day yesterday.  I will be today though.  Yesterday was stressful and I let that get to me and I ate part of a chocolate chip cookie.  Then, since I'd already ruined it, I ate two caramels.  That scares me because that was always my mentality before.  So, today will be better!!

B: mozzarella and prosciutto on whole grain crackers (I was running late and had to just grab something)

L: fried chicken thigh but only a couple bites of the yummy crispy parts and a very small smoked pork rib

S: popcorn (I know it isn't good for me, but I love it)

D: Leftover hamburger or taco meat

V: forgot this morning

E: working outside

W: on track

How about keeping some sugar free hard candies around. I know they have caramel as well as other flavors. I enjoy Life Savers Wintergreen mints when I need a "sweet" fix. Fortunately they're not a trigger food for me like some of the sf chocolates would be.
