Weight loss chart
I don't know if this helps anyone, but I like looking at the numbers/graphs/etc. My highest weight on here is when I first went to the doctor to start my insurance's monitored weight loss program, around 250. I had surgery on 3/17/15. Today I'm in the 190's.

First, let me say congratulations on your fabulous weight loss -- you're doing great!
Charts are great -- they let you see the pattern of your loss. We often will gain a pound or two along the way -- a chart will show maybe that you lose weight for three weeks, gain a pound or two at the fourth week, then start losing again -- and that's the pattern of your weight loss. Avoids panic attacks!
Another tool that helps. The more tools we use, the more successful we're likely to be.
