Because there is no one else to tell!
1) I had to raise my chair up at work because my hindside has less bulk to it.
2) I'm 199.5 this morning!!!! I may never weigh again.
The only person that has known my ACTUAL weight over the years is my NUT. I have known her for a bazillion years and she has watched my weight go up and down (well, mostly up). I know she would appreciate this, but she is out of office.
And, I hate to sound like I just won a Grammy, but I would thank all of you that post and comment. There is such a wealth of information on this site. (I feel like a stalker as deep dive into past posts. Sorry for being a stalker.) I try to soak it up as best I can.

Welcome to Onderland! However, the ergonomically correct height of your task chair should be at the height where your feet are flat on the floor & your thighs are parallel to the floor. If not, you could experience fatigue or other problems later on. Not a doctor, just a very experienced professional in Office Facilities. If you need more cushion for your tush, try a seat pillow.
Nice tip and I will keep it in mind! But, I think I just needed more height. I still have plenty of cush :)
