8 Month Surgiversary!!! With Pic

So 8 months ago, I took a life changing step and got the gastric sleeve. It has been a wonderful journey and has taught me that I can have all things in life with moderation. Not only food, but work, relationships, and even goals. For those of you thinking of doing this or just starting out. Put all your worries aside, you WILL be fine and you CAN do this and you WILL lose the weight. At first I didn't think my weight loss was showing until I took this picture. I hope this is inspiring to someone.

Both are great pictures but, wow, that second one really shows the change in the last 8 months! Congratulations! Thank you for sharing.

Now...., you are simply beautiful! You were very attractive heavier, but now you also exude a joy that comes through the picture! Your weight loss is significant and it really shows. I hope YOU are inspired by your achievement and continue to stay the course. I'm looking forward to seeing you in your goal picture!
