I know I'm 8 days late posting this post here. So much have been going on for me for this year off & on. I finally had some down time while I was on vacation in Arizona from 06/03/2015 to 06/08/2015. I'm doing great..., but I landed up gaining some of my weight back about 30 pounds. At one point I did get down to my lowest weight of 153.5 pounds which was really to thin for me and I needed to get some weight back on and get around 185 pounds and I did get back to that weight, but some more weight came back due not only some of the bad habits came back with a vengeance and about a couple of months ago I got an ejection (Lumbar Epidural Steroid Ejections) for pain that I had in my back and some pain that I had in my left leg and that did put weight on me and my weight got up to 213.4 pounds. Now I got my bad habits back under control, but it's trying get the best and I have to keep it under control. While I was on my vacation in Arizona I did a lot of hiking, some swimming, walking my aunt's dog, etc.... Also I'm going to the gym a few days a week so I cane get back down to the weight I need/want to get back to. When I got back from Arizona I had a pre-op testing a few days afterward for a hernia repair and found out that I lost 2.2 pounds and now weigh-in at 211.2 pounds and I have to keep myself in line as far my bad habits go (I guess it is true that old habits diehard). If I put my mind to it, I know I can accomplish anything.
