Just said a prayer for you that all will go smoothly, your pain will be manageable and that you will make the necessary adjustments needed to make this life changing! I just had mine last Friday - you will be fine! Keep up with pain meds, and sip, sip, sip. If cold water makes you nauseous, try warm chicken broth or sugar free apple cider. It was all I could tolerate, and you have to get down enough to leave!! Good Luck!!
