NSV at Cardiologist's today...
Today I had a follow-up appt with my Cardiologist...I hadn't been there since early Dec 2014. The nurse weighed me, took me back to a room, looked at her paperwork, quickly disappeared, then came back. She said that she went back to check the scale because it was 75 pounds lower than last Dec! :-) Of course, my Cardiologist who always scolds me about my weight was VERY pleased too! :-)

The very best kind of NSV. Nothing is more satisfying than knowing you're safeguarding your health for yourself and your family.
I like that I look a lot better than I did (although at 63yo, vanity is not very high on my list), but I'm thrilled when my doctor(s) smile and cut out yet another medication I'd been taking for years.
Good job, KDC!!!

Fantastic job and GREAT nsv!! As I go through this journey, I focus on health first and the weight loss is the "frosting on the cake"!
