VSG on 12/29/14

Down 85 pounds and so many things in my life have improved.

I can walk without losing my breath.

I can sit in any seat and fit comfortably in restaurants, offices, and move theaters.

I can buy clothes that fit, at size 30 I was running out of options!

I no longer feel miserable after eating a meal that had too many carbs and too many calories but was my choice!

And I enjoy exercising a few times a week. No plans to run a marathon or be a beauty queen. Just happy and healthy, loving life at 66 years young!
