Released from prison
I feel as if I have been released from prison! I can do things that I thought I would never be able to. July 16th will be one year since I was sleeved. Over the past year, I have gone from 383lbs to 225lbs. Also, I have ran 5 5ks, 1 10 k,completed a duathlon (running and cycling), and now Im training for a half marathon in February. Finally, my high blood sugar and blood pressure has left. The reason for my post is, if you considering the gastric sleeve and you feel its right for you then do it!! It has been one of the best decisions I have made in my life!
I am so happy for you. You are doing great. I admire your commitment to running, and doing a half marathon! That's amazing!
Best wishes,
Carol
