Lunch2 - phily cheese steak sloppy joes - yum
dinner - pulled pork or greek chicken with kalamata olives, depending on my mood
water - good
vitamins - good
exercise - recumbent bike for me!

E: already went on a walk (56 minutes and am at 10,000 steps but it is such a nice day that I think I will go for another walk after dinner!) I might finally start my resistance training program too!
