Progress Pic- 4.5 months out and 45 lbs down
I took this pic last week and thought I'd share it with you all. I've gotten a bit down at times because my losses haven't seemed as rapid or as large as others who were sleeved around when I was.
But when I saw this comparison, I was really reminded of how far I've come. I'm a little over half way to goal. I'm really thankful for this surgery, I can't even imagine where I would be if I hadn't done it. I feel more empowered, confident, and healthy everyday. I'm becoming myself again.
So don't get too down if you're a slow poke like me... Just keep prodding along, and take a look back to where you started once in a while to really appreciate how far you've come.
Beautiful! You look great!
