Whatcha Eating Today VSGers - Monday
Hi all,
Well, I am still maintaining which is good if not the goal. I have been having a serious case of the munchies lately. I need to get back on the tract here. I have my vacation in two weeks time and I would like to lose at least a lb or two between now and then.
B: Breakstone Cottage Double. 1 oz pepper jack cheese, coffee, cream
L: leftover italian chicken with roasted red pepper, mozarella, basil.
S; Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt.
D; Tuna and cheddar. baby carrots

Lunch1 - crustless mushroom quiche - yum
lunch2 - pulled pork and zucchini in basil cream sauce
dinner - last serving of that yummy buffalo chicken with wheat thins. yum

I've been eating off plan a lot lately and today is the day I get back on track! Yesterday we smoked a gigantic brisket and a huge rack of ribs. I'll be eating it all week.
B: 1.5 ounces of leftover brisket with a jalapeño, scrambled egg and cheese

B1: Protein Shake
B2: 3 Ham & cheese egg bites (should have done 2 but there were only 3 left in this package. Silly of me)
L: the idea of lunch doesn't sound appealing at all after the egg bites. I may do a snack of beef jerky and cheese
D: Shepherds Pie
S: Possibly another protein shake. I need to put all this in MFP and see how far I am off my protein goals. I don't feel like i have enough protein today.
