Afraid I have stretched my stomach!

I will 2nd go back to logging your food.  I did last week and I realize I was eating a lot more and that was causing my plateau.  Now that I am back on track, I have lost 8lbs in 11 days.  Sure, most of that is probably fluids.

My surgeon says we really cannot stretch our stomachs, but they can become more pliable.

Stalls are your body's way of telling you not to get too cocky.

Thank you SATXVSG! I started logging my food yesterday on MFP so I am hoping this works..I stayed at my set calories so I should see something soon..I also went to the gym and worked out this morning..I go back to my surgeon for my year post op check up next month and it would be nice if I could be down a few pounds!
