I'm the slowest loser ever so unhappy
Not sure what your diet is like but I follow a ketogenic diet and it has been working fantastic for me. I stay at or below about 20 carbohydrates a day. Both my endocrinologist and GP encouraged me try it and they are happy with the results I am getting so far.
