Well, 4 months ago yesterday I started my 10 day pre-op diet. I have now lost 65 lbs., 51.5 inches and lost 1/2 of the weight to hit my goal. This is the best I have felt in a really long time and I am doing so many new things that I never thought I would do before.....LIFE IS GOOD and getting BETTER!!!
