L- Roast turkey wrapped around 1/4 sliced avocado and sliced cucumber

S- Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt

D- 1/2 Jersey Mike's turkey sub in a tub without oil -- with extra tomatoes, onions and vinegar

S- Pistachios

W- ahead of schedule

E- Walking towards 10,000 goal and hopefully Zumba

V- on track

Dinner - pulled pork and zucchini in basil cream sauce

Today has been a busy day for me so far.  I bowflexed this morning and then had yoga class and some errands on the way there and back again.  Now I've got a few moments to kill before I take my cat to the vet for a checkup.  Whee!  Once I'm home again it'll be laundry time.  I only have three good sports bras and I'm too cheap to buy more, so I have to do laundry every other day :P

1.1: 12 cool ranch doritoes - first ones since surgery, they weren't as awesome as I remembered them to be
2: last 1/4 leftover cheesesteak
3: probably greek chicken salad

So I'm on track. I got off the bad carbs, upped my fluids to 100oz+, and now I think I need to reduce my calories and carbs further. I'm doing 1000calories/day and less than 50carbs/day...don't think it's enough for weight loss though. I am trying to decrease my snacks and by tracking again can see that I've let some grazing back in. Need to nip that in the butt!!

I made two pans full of buffalo chicken meatballs,  a pan of roasted veggies,  a pitcher of crystal light,  pitcher of my favorite flavored iced coffee, and tonight I'm gonna grill a few steaks on my parents grill and cook the corned beef in my fridge before it goes bad.

 

B: 24oz iced coffee with 1/4c fairlife milk

L: small salad with roasted veggies,  3 Buffalo chicken meatball, feta, light champagne vinaigrette 

S: coffee/chocolate protein frappe 

D: 1 chicken thigh with cucumber sticks and fat free Greek yogurt ranch dip? 

S: dannon light n fit Greek yogurt,  beef jerky,  or pork rinds

W: good! 

V: good!

Really felt crappy yesterday either I was too nauseated to eat or snacking. Today has been better. I have support group this afternoon which I am stressing out about leaving work early to make it on time.

Bbq pork rinds are one of my favorite snacks! I get bags for $1 at the dollar store and stock up. They are good for when I'm having salty/crunchy cravings and I'll have those instead of chips,  crackers or popcorn.

Agreed! I love them and pork cracklings. So gross, but so good! And so much better than the Cheetos I fantasize about regularly...
