B: Smoothie with unsweetened vanilla almond milk, Quest vanilla milkshake protein powder, half a frozen banana and ice.
L: Leftover Chipotle steak and chicken bowl with a little brown rice and guacamole.
S: Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt.
D: Homemade rottiserie chicken and vegetable soup.
S: Pistachios
W: On track
E: Pulled Achilles tendon...lots of stretching
V: On track.
Down another pound this morning!
Breakfast - salmon
lunch1 - pulled pork and broccoli slaw
lunch2 - chicken and broccoli in white sauce
dinner - buffalo chicken with wheat thins
vitamins - on track
water - OK, need a little more
exercise - recumbent bike

Its almost dinner time but I am still posting..
B: protein shake w/ unsweetened almond milk and TB of PB2
coffee with half scoop of unflavored protein powder (Syntrax) just to see if it works and it did
L: ham and turkey deli slices with wedge of Laughing Cow Spicy Pepper Jack cheese
about 1/3 c sliced cucumber (I know, no protein but calories good and loved the crunchiness)
D: Yes, planned.. diced up chicken breast sauteed with bell pepper and onion, broccoli on the side
S: SF jello
W: GOOD
V: tonight
E: slack due to lower back, did shampoo carpet in bedroom and did dishes (don't us a dishwasher for just me and granddaughter)
did a load of laundry, cleaned out my car.
Thunderstorm just went through here.. Love the sound of thunder and the rain on the roof...
