SURGERY BOOKED!!!

My Nurse called last week and gave the good news!  Surgery is booked for July 16th!  Let the count down begin!   Anyone else with a date close to that?

   This is the 1st time I have been on OBH. I have been lurking for quite some time. Well I went to my Orientation on 06/02/15 @ 8:30 am and was also scheduled to see my Surgeon on the same day at 1:30 and by 2:00 pm I had my surgery date for 06/29/15. OMG I was in shock. I looked at my husband and all I could say was OMG, OMG I didn't expect this at all. I have been seeing how everyone is saying it take them months to get a surgery date. I don't think I have had anytime at all for this to sink in. I am at a loss here !!!!

I'm having surgery the same day! Actually there's a good number on this board who are having surgery the same day as us or the day after :) good luck!

My pre op is June 30th we may be close on surgery dates I may be before you lol or after.but should be pretty close I can't wait.to.say I'm BOOKED

Super excited felling isn't it. It will be here in no time. Just do what the surgeon says and success will follow. 

My band to sleeve revision has been scheduled for July 8th!!!

Just know that the pre-op diet and first few weeks post-op are the hardest times that you will go through.  Just keep in mind that it will get better!!  Best of luck to all of you!
