Thank you.  Thankfully he's not in any pain now!

I remember Bowflex! It was a pretty hot item in its day. No reason why it shouldn't still work well to keep you in shape. Your project is a good idea to use when going through tough times. Sorry about your dad.

I still can't believe we bought one - I remember we even had to finance it.  I wonder what we were thinking?  I did use it a lot when we first got it, but I never stuck with it.  I'm glad I can now.

I too am so sorry about your dad it is so difficul****ching our parents age and the problems that come with that! Just love 'em that's all they need and all you can do! I too am the proud owner of a top of the line Bowflex and used it all the time before I developed COPD and got to where I just couldn't use it anymore. I loved it like you I loved that feeling of strength, I even out lifted my grand daughter's male friends. Neener neener on them!!!! They are great to work out frustration or just get lost in reps. Use it as needed and I'll be praying for your family.

Thank you so much - it is challenging.  :/  I don't feel prepared at all to deal with this most days of the week.

It's cool that you also had a Bowflex!  I feel like there aren't that many of us that got sucked into it.  I agree that it's a great machine.  I'm just doing like 10 exercises and there are so many more that it can do!

Sorry about your Dad. Such sadness, I send positive thoughts your way.

I have a Bowflex!!! It serves as a open filing cabinet LOL. My arms are a horror and I really must get on it! My husband has a rowing machine, which would also be helpful in rehabbing my 63 year old bat wings. But damn, I look pretty darn good in an elbow length tee :)

Thank you very much.

You should get on the Bowflex!  We're the few, the proud, who actually own one, eh? It does make a good coat rack, though...
