My heart goes out to you and your family. You bring your dad great comfort and joy to his life whether you realize it or not. I'm happy to hear he's willing to undergo chemo again. I know how debilitating it is and it takes a strong resolve to do it knowing what's to come.

There's not much I can say that the others haven't posted. Very sorry about your father. I lost my father August of 2013 and husband in April 2014 so I feel your pain and strife and stress. The Bowflex will be a welcoming distraction from the situation even if temporary. I am glad that you are hanging in there and being purposeful again,. I have found that exercise, and the mindfulness that it requires, is very good for me right now. Definitely a welcome distraction as you say!
