Incredibly busy day today which means I'm online much later than normal.
B: Protein Shake
L: 1/2 cheese enchilada and 1 oz fajita meat
S: Cheese Stick and Beef Jerky
D: Mexican Lasagna or Chipotle Black Bean Burger. We will see what I feel like at the time.
S: I think i will probably add another protein shake tonight to up my protein. I will hit my goal with out it but it will be at the very bottom
W&V: behind on water today but good on vitamins
E: Boot camp this morning, walked 2.5 miles and had physical therapy.

Lunch - hamburger with cheddar and broccoli slaw
lunch2 - buffalo chicken with wheat thins - the last serving - this is still my favorite. I may make more.
dinner - chicken and broccoli au gratin - yum
vitamins - on track
water - good
exercise - off to the recumbent bike soon.
