Hello, My name is Anissa.  Im from Jersey City, NJ.  I had a revision surgery from Lap-Band, which I had for a little over 10 years to Gastric Sleeve which was done May 8, 2015.  I am past the liquid diet which I had been on e for 2 weeks, I am one week into the moist, mushy foods.  Any suggestions on what to eat?  Anything will help.

Thanks...

I did cottage cheese, chicken and tuna salad, protein shakes, yougurt and creamed soups.  I added eggs at 3 weeks.

Look into Eggfaces Ricotta Bake. I found that there was not much difference between the purees and the soft foods, its the moisture that important, so I ate chicken salad, tuna salad, any thick soup.

I did tuna salad a lot and I have found that if I freeze Greek yogurt it feels like I am eating ice cream.  I had soft baked fish for dinner almost every night as well.  My surgeon also allowed thin sliced lunch meat so that remains as one of my favorites.

What did you mix your tuna with?  I'm at week five.  I've had plain canned chicken, which wasn't bad, but tuna is a lot drier.

Thanks!

Plain greek yogurt sounds like it would pair nicely with canned chicken or tuna.

I use light mayo and now I add dill relish.

My fav was pacific tomato and roasted pepper soup(box) and mashed avocado with Greek yogurt and a little Lemmon pepper .  Good luck.

That sounds wonderful.  I will have to try that.
