NSV a behavioral one
we had a HS graduation party this past weekend, we spent hours making appetizers for the event (27# of cream cheese later), and I ate in extreme moderation, no problems with being over full 😀 I was very proud of myself. Oh and a scale victory I lost 1.5#. In the past this would have derailed me for weeks, months or years! Not this time 🌈
