What's your weird scale story?

Really? So proud of my tracking this week. Shiny new app and everything. Great mix of exercise too.

And what does the scale say this morning? Wait for it...Drumroll please...0.2 lbs down. That's about 3 oz.  Sup with that?

What's your wacky scale story?

The first week  I was able to get in all my protein I actually gained weight and then a stalled.

Sounds like more protein meant more calories than you were getting before. Did it all balance out with a loss afterward?

Yes and I went down almost ready to 2 sizes but I was starting to feel frustrated.

Hmmm...I had a scale post op that I could get multiple readings from. If I didn't like it, I'd just get on it again until I got one I liked . I know. Totally wrong, lol.

That scale is long gone (now have an Aria). I get on it once and I'm done. But boy...what stupid games I used to play!

Many years ago we had one of those old-fashioned analog scales, digital was not popular yet. Every timeyou weight it gave a ddifferent number. If you weight three times back to back it showed three different weights. l

Yup. Been there.

LOL. The persistence  I'm trying to do the once-and-I'm-done weigh-in too, but that's more dream than reality.

My NUT added a snack and I was sure I would gain weight. Instead it broke a 6 week stall and I lost 7 pounds in 2 days. That's my Wacky scale story.

That IS wacky. More food can cause a loss, less food can cause a gain, doing everything right can cause a stall. Just buckle up and enjoy the ride it seems.
