Side sleeping

I think I was side sleeping by about 2 weeks out but you have to listen to your body. If it hurts to do it or even lie halfway on your side then hold off. I slept on my right side long before the left.
Surgery: April 30, 2014: HW: 288 SW: 250 Achieved Goal 149 lbs: April 8, 2015 CW: 158 lbs (working on losing 65 lb regain as of June 1, 2021. Weight was at 215 lbs). Fighting every darn day!
It took me over 2weeks before I could sleep on my left. My right side hurt the worst and was longer till I could sleep on that side. I was almost a month till I could sleep on my stomach and even now I am not always comfortable like I use to be. I read on here to support your stomach with pillows,it took some trial and error but I found what worked with me. Good luck and hope it gets better soon.
My surgeon said I could do it when I felt comfortable. It took about 2-3 weeks post-op to tolerate it.

I was able to after a few weeks. I'm a side sleeper too and one morning I woke up, realized I was on my side with no pain, and cheered :)
