I meant yesterday. Today feels like Sunday.. But anyway, it is a struggle at times but getting there is so worth it. Remember it isn't goal yet so don't slack up nor start adding stuff you haven't been eating/doing just because you have met this goal. I have had a couple of days this week whereas my calories (not carbs nor proteins) increased but still under 800 and this has kept me at my 199 for the week. So back to what I was doing to get to 199..
