Afternoon headaches!?!?

anyone? I am 8 days out from surgery. I feel great in the morning then around one or two in the afternoon I'm getting a dull headache. Not horrible. Just more irritating than anything. I am staying on top of my fluids and getting most of my protein. Any ideas???

depending on what your eating it could be low blood sugar , l high or low blood pressure , or you might just be tired , surgey takes a lot out of you and you need rest for like 1 month

My headaches are most often from lack of fluids or lack of a good poop. But, if yours persist, get in touch with your surgeon!

I found Biotin gave me headaches.
