Two Months

Two months to lose two pounds...

But it's started coming off again. The two pounds only actually came off in the last week and a half.

I even resorted to jogging... It's taken about three weeks but it's finally started to work.

I've been using the Couch to 5K app. You are supposed to do a workout every other day but I've been jogging each day and repeating each workout two three times each. I'm up to about 2.25 miles in 30 minutes.

I volunteer with a local festival and we are sponsoring a 5k walk/run in June and I've signed up. I've got another three weeks to get up to the 3 miles.

Your attitude toward your slow loss is admirable.  So is your new exercise routine.

The last few pounds take the longest to come off.  Honestly there should not be any major rush for them b/c not much will change once they are gone.

 

Keep it up.  You got it!
