11 months out and I have hit my goal
woo hoo 150 pounds..i havent weighed this in 30 years. I'm 11 months out and I have reached my goal of 150. I started out at 350 in March 2014, had surgery in June 2014. No more sleep apnea, no more blood pressure issues, no more knee pain. No more sitting on the sidelines watching life go by. (I was actually in a wheelchair or using a rollator last year) I can do anything and everything. I love life. God has helped me thru every moment. I have had my cravings and desires of bad foods but I fight it. I have had my time of wanting to be lazy but I fight it. I ride my bicycle, I play badmitton, basketball and so much more with my kids. I love my sleeve. I would do it again today if I needed to. I feel like I was a prisoner in my own body and I have escaped from it now. I plan on fighting however hard I have to , to be able to maintain my level of health. I went to the dr and my lab values were ALL perfect. My doctor told me I was as healthy as a marathon runner. God is so good.

Congrats!!!! I love to see things like this. I'm 5 weeks out and down 32 lbs (my first time under 300lbs in 6 years!), but I'm having a hard time right now. The mushies are wearing on me and I have three more weeks of them!!!! Mind over matter only goes so far, so I am so glad to have folks like you to show me that it is possible!!!!
