Today is my voice recital.  Yikes.  I don't know how I feel about it - resigned, I guess.  No use worrying at this point, eh?  My eating schedule will be a bit weird as a result, since we'll be eating dinner with my parents after the recital around 3pm.  Which means I'm all out of whack.  

0.1: graze flapjacks
1: frankenshake
2: dinner with parents - I forget the name of the restaurant, so I haven't gone over the menu ahead of time.  I've been there before, though, so I know it has good choices.  
3: leftover trout

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 30 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 15 min twist & align for back pain) - no running today because I can't run on singing days :(

1. Poached egg and a slice of bacon

2. Probably just a snack on some cheese while in sewing/housework

3. Something more solid with the family

My goal today is to get my full liquids in. I've been a bit slack this week on regular water (coffee consumption on high) so I need to play some catch up.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch1- crack slaw

Lunch2 -  chicken with artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes

Dinner - buffalo chicken with wheat thins. ok, I'm addicted.  As soon as my weight dropped 9 pounds, I added this back.

It's late, but I'll report anyways!  I got the best workout in today -- things have been crazy with travel and a sore hip and stress so the workouts have been lighter lately.  This one fave me a fantastic endorphin rush!
