I never have, and I exercise 1-3 hours a day. I do change the timing of my meals, but I don't change what I eat or how much I eat.

No, absolutely not. There is no reason to adjust your protein/calories/carb until you hit maintenance. Unless you are undertaking super-strenuous exercise and intense training routines that last for more than 60-90 minutes, there is no need to do anything different.
You want to have a calorie deficit - don't get tempted into "eating back" your exercise calories. Just read about all the posts on here of people who've done that and then get frustrated when their weight loss slows down or stops entirely.
