Well, I am officially 3 months out from my surgery and I feel AWESOME!!! I am now down 57.8 pounds. I went for my 3 month check-up last week and my blood work came back with everything in the right levels. I have now started the dreaded hair loss phase so I have been playing around with some new ways to style my hair and I have been getting so many compliments on it lately...go figure!!! I really can't wait to see what the next 3 months has in store for me!!!

You are doing great!  I feel you on the hair thing - that totally sucked  Hopefully your loss cycle will be short-lived and you've got enough that no one will even notice.

Keep up the great work

Congratulations! I keep telling myself that the hair loss will be nice in the summer heat :) I think I am much more aware of the hair loss than anyone else is. Everyone else is too busy noticing my weight loss to notice that my hair has thinned along with the rest of me.

Nice work!! That's amazing progress in just 3 months!

I'm four months out and I've had increased shedding, but :knock on wood: nothing drastic. I love using the big round Velcro rollers and letting my hair air dry for extra volume.

AWESOME!!! I'm sorry about the hair loss, however.  I had that happen when I had post-par tum depression after a c-section.  Of course the hair loss made the depression worse.  It did all grow back in, however.  Just not as thick, and not as curly.  I'm scheduled for the sleeve on 7/7, so by Halloween I may be experiencing it again.

Best of luck, and thanks for sharing!

You're doing great!! Way to go!!  I hope your hair loss isn't too bad or shocking! At first I was shocked by the amount that was coming out when I washed my hair! I cut my hair into a cute bob & I never really noticed my hair loss! Right now I have a ton of new hair growth coming in and it cracks me up! Nothing a little pomade cant take care off! Good luck with your tresses!
