It's important to remember your body is your vehicle and in order to operate properly it needs fuel. You cannot drive your car at 60 mph every day without "feeding it" and your body is no different. Exercising 2.5 hrs a day without fail and not eating properly is going to cause you problems. Your body has no fuel to provide energy.
You must commit to eating regularly with the same dedication you have to working out. I'm willing to bet you'll start to feel better and more centered. And the weight loss will be there. Please take snacks with you like beef jerky or nuts to get energy in your body. Take care.
Surgery: April 30, 2014: HW: 288 SW: 250 Achieved Goal 149 lbs: April 8, 2015 CW: 158 lbs (working on losing 65 lb regain as of June 1, 2021. Weight was at 215 lbs). Fighting every darn day!
I know things are very stressful with your husband, but just remember you won't be any help to him if you don't take care of yourself. Perhaps exercise only 1.5 hours and spend the other hour getting your food/liquids in?
I hope things start improving for you soon!
