stair step losing pattern sucks!
I do the same thing. 3 or 4 weeks bouncing around within a couple of pounds. Then a drop. Then on hold for maybe a month. But I've gotten used to it. In the beginning I was afraid it wouldn't break. Now I know it will, because I stick with it.
The weight didn't pile up over night and it won't come off over night. I know I'll get there.
